In early September Beck decided to attack free speech by filing a complaint against the website glennbeckrapedandmurderedayounggirlin1990.com.

This blatant assault on free speech would have been more likely to fail in the U.S., so Beck filed his complaint as a domain name dispute to WIPO, which is a U.N. agency.

If Glenn Beck had won the dispute, it is likely to have had a chilling effect on free speech and the Internet. Political protest sites incorporating another’s traded upon name would have had a precedent against them, and may have been attacked and silenced.

The American Civil Liberties Union may have felt more likely to win a complaint against Glenn Beck supporters like the far right site Stop the ACLU, Barack Obama would of had a stronger case against barackobamasucks.com and the Republican party may have filed suit to take the domain name away from freerepublic.com .

Essentially, Beck was asking the United Nations to help him rob the First Amendment rights from an American citizen, and thankfully the same agency that Beck decrees as being an impediment to freedom acted as a protector of those rights.

Glenn Beck asked the U.N. to help him restrict and remove an Americans Constitutional right to free speech. The U.N. refused to break the law.

The Administrative Panel decided in favor of the respondent, Isaac Eiland-Hall, noting:

Respondent has conceded that it knows the statement embodied in the disputed domain name is false. In the Hustler Magazine case referred to by Respondent, a jury determined that the reader of a magazine advertisement could not have reasonably concluded that it described an actual series of events (i.e., known to be
false), highly unflattering to the subject though they may have been. In the
present context, this Panel considers that if Internet users view the disputed
domain name in combination with a visit to Respondent’s website, the “total
effect” is that of political commentary by Respondent, capable of protection as
political speech by the First Amendment under the Hustler Magazine standard.
Respondent appears to the Panel to be engaged in a parody of the style or
methodology that Respondent appears genuinely to believe is employed by
Complainant in the provision of political commentary, and for that reason
Respondent can be said to be making a political statement. This constitutes a
legitimate non-commercial use of Complainant’s mark under the Policy. It equally
appears that Respondent is making nominative fair use of Complainant’s mark in the sense of using it to identify a well-known public figure (in a manner that does
not use more of the mark than is necessary and does not create confusion as to
Complainant’s sponsorship of Respondent’s activities). In making such findings,
the Panel makes no assumptions as to the potentially defamatory nature of any of
the content on Respondent’s website, which is beyond the scope of the present
Policy proceeding.

It can be and has been argued by Complainant that the disputed domain name
should be assessed “standing alone” because at least some Internet viewers will
only have that first impression (i.e., they will not click through). However, this
case involves a form of speech arguably strongly protected under the First
Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. This Panel is very reluctant to reject
Respondent’s claim of legitimate noncommercial and fair use on the distinction
between viewing of the disputed domain name itself and clicking through to
Respondent’s website. On the same basis by which the Panel has determined the
disputed domain name is confusingly similar to Complainant’s trademark – that is, Internet users viewing the disputed domain name will be curious and motivated to
visit the website – the Panel also considers that Respondent’s speech should be
assessed as a whole, both by reference to the disputed domain name and the
content of Respondent’s website (i.e., on the assumption the preponderance of
Internet users will indeed click through).
The Panel determines that Respondent has in the present circumstances
established that it is engaged in legitimate noncommercial or fair use of
Complainant’s mark in the disputed domain name.

Isaac Eiland-Hall has also responded personally to Beck with a gentleman’s move and relinquished the original domain name. He sent a letter to Glenn, stating that his interest in fighting the case was to protect the First Amendment from the likes of Beck. He also stated:

But, humor aside, your rhetorical style is no laughing matter. In the context of this WIPO case, you denigrated the letter of the First Amendment law.. In the context of your television show and your notoriety, you routinely and shamelessly denigrate the spirit of the First Amendment.

The site is still going strong and can now be found at two other domains now.

Long-standing union member, Glenn Beck, is now in the hospital where nurses and staff that belong to the Service Employees International Union are presumably disregarding Beck’s relentless attacks on their union as being a part of the International Communist Conspiracy and treating his appendicitis.

Hopefully, when Beck has recovered, he will have a different viewpoint on attempting to silence critics. It is also hoped that he will phone the 1990 Truth Hotline and answer the questions that will not go away concerning the rumors that he raped and murdered a young pregnant girl in 1990.

After weeks of allegations, it may not be surprising that he would finally confess, what is strange is the forum  he chose for the revelations.

Although Glenn has a nationally syndicated radio and television show he chose for his public confession to be in a advertisement for the alcoholic beverage Campari which has been released on the internet.

Some say this puts him in an interesting legal perspective, as the advertisement can not be used against him in a court setting. It is not known if any other confessions exist.

It also puts him in a positive light with many of his fans, who are saying “let bygones be bygones, at least he is protecting us from communists”.

Glenn Beck has decided to confess his crimes and make a few bucks at the same time.

The World Intellectual Property Organization allowed respondents to reply to Beck’s desperate attempt to stifle free speech, and lawyer Marc Randazza’s response is below.

In my opinion the highlights are from Randazza’s response, I love the part where he bops Beck on the head with Pedobear.

is Mr. Beck really trying to convince this Panel that a website with a video spoof
of the LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE meme, stating that “every time people stop
mocking Glenn Beck, a baby ghost gets turned into a human being” would con
the average into presuming that the website was set up by the Glenn Beck fan
club? The logical pretzel that the Supplemental Filing creates defies any sense
of reason. It is so irrational that one must wonder if it is yet another esoteric
inside joke – an attempt by Mr. Beck to achieve the same level of memetic
success as Pedobear.
CONCLUSION
Step one in getting out of a hole is to simply stop digging. Mr. Beck has
disregarded this logic with a Supplemental Filing that has done little more than
actually prove the Respondent’s position.

Glenn Beck is the butt of a viral joke. He may not get the joke, but this does not
make the joke likely to confuse or subject the domain name to transfer under
the UDRP. Glenn Beck’s failure to understand these basic principles of law does
not make the joke any less humorous, and does not make him any less of the
butt. The First Amendment protects Respondent’s right to make Glenn Beck the
butt, and his hypocritical attempts to squelch legitimate free speech criticism do
nothing to portray himself in a more flattering light. Because his arguments do
not satisfy Section 4(a) of the Policy, his request should be denied. Because he
has attempted to silence a critic by circumventing (and thereby devaluing) the
First Amendment — which he publically (and in this proceeding) claims to love –
he should be deeply ashamed.

I realize that most people find Glenn Beck to be depraved, but if this is true, it sets a new low.

This cow is very young, it would make Beck a peadabovinaphile. Which if true, then I am very disappointed and angered that he would do something that would make me learn (or even make up) a word like that.

It is very unlikely this is the cow that Glenn Beck may have raped and murdered in 1990.

I wonder if he made a hamburger out of it. Raped a cow? Maybe I heard the sentence wrong, I sure hope so.

Senator Al Franken has introduced the bill which would disallow federal government appropriations to companies that have a contractual obligation for employees to not pursue rape charges against fellow employees. Some pundit calls this loophole  “Cheney’s Beck clause“.

Sen. Jeff Sessions, Republican of Alabama, called Franken’s measure “a political attack directed at {the legally shielded rapists at} Halliburton.” No mention was made by him of how it would effect FOX News employees, although this seemed to be implied.

Beck also downplays the 400% recent increase in Presidential death threats, and wonders why people say someone is going to kill the President. Beck can feign ignorance, but he must know that there are people that will respond violently to a perceived threat, and Beck has invested a lot of time in convincing his audience that Obama is a clear and present danger to white, patriotic Americans.

Not only is Beck demeaning a family’s tragic losses to violence he is once again showing how hypocritical and dis-honest he really is, as Beck recently initiated legal action attempting to silence a satirical, parody website that mentioned his name and rape and murder. His accusations generated this brilliant response from the sites lawyers. Now he makes similar accusations, without the comedy.

Beck recently said that this man, Obama, “has a deep-seated hatred for white people and the white culture”, he added “frankly that such a dangerous person in now in possession of weapons of mass destruction should send a chill up every person of European descents spine.”

Glenn Beck is one of the unelected, unannounced, Party higher-ups, and sometimes denies his allegiance, but he is unquestionably a leader of the Republican Party. Some say he removes himself from strict Party orthodoxy out of a sense of independence, but most experts believe he is one of ‘the lone wolves’ that operate outside of strict play-book methods.

At a recent private event Glenn was said to have declared:

we now have to stop questioning whether or not Hussein has these weapons, but if and when he will use them against America. We can not wait for the smoking gun to come in the form of a mushroom cloud. We know that Barack Hussein has financed and operates terrorist armies that are killing people in Iraq and Afghanistan, countries whose governments are allies of America. We also know that he has recently been speaking in the same room that hosted Hugo Chavez and Mahmoud Ahmadenijad, what we do not know is if they secreted hidden notes in the podium for each other regarding illegal nuclear arms shipments. Trusted connections in the intelligence agencies say this is not only possible, but they would be surprised if it was not true. Sources close to my investigation have personally seen a document from British Intelligence that says these three men have plans to meet up at an unspecified place and reconstitute as the new ‘Axis of Evil’

Beck has admitted in the past that he does not know the full extent of Hussein’s involvement with terrorists, and that he was only asking questions. It seems that asking questions has now paid off in the form of certainty. This certainty may or may not have something to do with Beck’s association with television personality and ‘friend of truth’ Dr. Keith Ablow, who is also Glenn’s psychiatrist.

The good doctor recently counseled Beck on television that Barack is a Marxist, and that even paranoids have real enemies. He also announced that Glenn was being crucified for telling the truth, and that should Beck die, he would likely be resurrected.

Coming from a doctor, these revelations leave little doubt as to why Beck has now taken a forceful stand and joined the world community in demanding that Barack Hussein Obama allow U.N. Weapons inspectors into his facilities or face the full wrath of FOX News and it’s allies.

Many experts have been speaking openly and forcefully on this issue, and some have wondered why Glenn Beck is late to speak out. Others would suggest his cautiousness speaks only to the well-known Beckian ‘Purity of Essence’.

Glenn’s colleague Sean Hannity, who has a diminished ‘Purity of Essence’, due to his predilection and fascination with Las Vegas hookers, has been alerting the public to these frightening facts since they were first made an issue by the ‘true patriots’ leading our country from exile in Dubai.

Glenn was one of the last to speak out after it was well and truly established that Hussein is indeed the head of a revolutionary sect of black Marxists. Beck, insiders say, is ‘fed up and can take it no more’.

“These Islamo-fascists are several years into a program to indoctrinate America’s youth in a bid to enslave all American Caucasian youth as payback for slavery,” claimed Beck.

Although, some say,  in the interest of fairness it should be mentioned that descendants of Irish people may be excluded from the program due to the price they have already paid, their dancing moves and their uncanny ability to imitate Jamaican accents.

Glenn has also waited for conformation and verification before reporting on a program to establish a ‘inner-city army’ based on the kick-ass Hitler Youth, the program known for giving ninja training and Dalai Lama meditation skills to Joseph”The Pope”Ratzinger.

It is a well established fact that if Barack’s shock troops were to be given this exclusive training they would constitute a ‘humanoid weapon of mass destruction’, and many have said Beck’s reticence to acknowledge the obvious horror of such a possibility has been tardy and dangerous, but is now welcome by the world community nonetheless.

Critics claim that Beck’s reluctance to join in the non-partisan and international condemnation of the ‘uppity’ Barack Hussein’s regime may have encouraged the ‘revolutionary dictator’ who infamously overthrew the rightfully and quite justly appointed United States government in an election widely recognized to be unfair.

Hussein famously employed the ball-busting tactic of enlisting millions of poor people and ‘ordinary citizens’ to ‘cast ballots’.  It has also been established that the Kenyan descendant of Mohamed encouraged voting in areas that had not been properly gerry-mandered.

There has been a massive and coordinated effort by supporters of Hussein to not only hide the existence of his chemical, biological and nuclear production facilities, but unsurprisingly, the weapon possessing Negro has been attempting to destroy his critics.

It is widely believed by members of freerepublic.com that Barack Hussein raped and murdered a young girl in 1990 in an attempt to frame Glenn Beck for the crime and in the process destroy one of his most righteous and popularly loved critics.

Donald Rumsfeld reportedly recently said:

we know where Obama raped and murdered that young girl in 1990, it was around New York and Washington, and east and west and south and somewhat to the north, and we know that he will try to blame Glenn Beck for the crime. I guarantee you, we will find the evidence, Barack Hussein has weapons of mass destruction, and he has used them against his own little girls and blamed it on Glenn Beck in 1990.

It is unknown how many members of the United States Army would stay loyal to the African American President if faced with a grave threat, but it is assumed that Hussein’s loyal ‘Fedayeen’, also known as the ‘Democratic Army’ would fight to the death in the streets as they would have nothing to lose, seeing as a victorious Republican administration would rightfully “mean jail or execution for every last one of the stinking commie bastards”.

What is known is that an international coalition of the willing has decided that it is inappropriate and unacceptable to have W.M.D. in the hands of a black communist married to a white administration.

The exact make-up of the coalition is unknown but it is likely to be lead by a group comprised of Israelis, Australians, Albertans, Germans, WorldNetDaily, South Africans and several men from a small remote Brazilian town that look exactly like Glenn Beck.

In other words, upright men from good stock that  have proven to be brave and true protectors of the rest of the world’s safety, even when they are too weak to protect themselves.

Demonstrating how this issue is non-partisan, Democratic senator Joseph Lieberman recently said:

Every day Barack Hussein remains in power with chemical weapons, biological weapons, and the development of nuclear weapons is a day of danger for the United States.

and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton weighed in with this:

Barack both poses a continuing threat to the national security of the United States and international peace and security in the North American region and remains in material and unacceptable breach of his international obligations by, among other things, continuing to possess and develop a significant chemical, biological and nuclear weapons capability, and supporting and harboring terrorist organizations.

Gen. Tommy Franks felt the need to comment as well:

There is no doubt that the regime of Barack Hussein Obama possesses weapons of mass destruction. As this operation continues, those weapons will be identified, found, along with the people who have produced them and who guard them.

George Bush now admits that we now know that Barack Hussein had nothing to do with 9/11, but 35% of Americans still believe otherwise.
The immanently trustworthy and reliable former President George Bush had this to say:

Intelligence gathered by this and other governments leaves no doubt that Barack’s regime continues to possess and conceal some of the most lethal weapons ever devised.
Hussein Obama has gone to elaborate lengths, spent enormous sums, taken great risks to build and keep weapons of mass destruction.
We know he’s got chemical weapons, he’s got ‘em, he’s got ‘em, he’s got ‘em.

Glenn Beck has shown that Hussein happens to be a racist. This situation brings with it much danger for, not only white people, but the entire world, as no one can predict when and where a radical communist,  such as Barack Hussein will use his newfound diabolical weapons of mass destruction, but one thing is certain, many will sleep sounder tonight knowing that Glenn Beck did not rape and murder a young girl in 1990, and that he has thrown his weight behind the effort “to rid a tyrant of weapons that should of never been in racist black hands in the first place”.

Some people would say this video seems to show Glenn Beck admitting to heinous crimes. I don’t know if that is what it shows, but I think that questions need to be asked. Where is the mainstream media on this one? Why aren’t they covering this story? Come on people, I am just asking questions and I think you need to, as well.

Write your congressional representatives (unless they are part of the International Communist Conspiracy), show this video to your Grandma (unless she has already been killed by a death panel), if this is true we need an investigation, Glenn Beck needs to go to jail.
